Prior to setting up McNulty Management Consultants 14 years ago, Tony spent seven years with a large international consulting firm. His early career included management roles within the IT industry. A graduate of King’s College, London, and a former faculty member at INSEAD Business School in France, he holds a Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour from London Business School. His main area of expertise is people and organisation, and he is currently writing a book on how to manage people in the modern world.
Join an Executive Leadership Group and solve your business problems
It can be lonely at the top. Often there is no-one with whom you can share business issues, test your ideas, and help you arrive at workable solutions.
McNulty Management Consultants, in association with the Chairman’s Network, is setting up a number of Executive Leadership Groups to address this need.
Each Group typically comprises around a dozen senior level professionals, at or near the top of their organisations. They:
- Meet together six times a year, acting as a “Board” of trusted advisers for each other
- Work on an individual basis with an Executive coach in between Group meetings
- Attend Chairman’s Network lunches each quarter at Claridge’s to hear and question high-calibre business speakers (the 15th September session will be led by Doug Richards of Dragons’ Den fame.)
