Prior to setting up McNulty Management Consultants 14 years ago, Tony spent seven years with a large international consulting firm. His early career included management roles within the IT industry. A graduate of King’s College, London, and a former faculty member at INSEAD Business School in France, he holds a Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour from London Business School. His main area of expertise is people and organisation, and he is currently writing a book on how to manage people in the modern world.
