LDC joins The Chairman’s Network as Exclusive Private Equity Partner

The Chairman’s Network has pleasure in announcing that LDC, the UK’s leading mid-market private equity specialist and part of the Lloyds Banking Group, has joined the network as Partner. As part of the Chairman’s Network partnership programme, LDC will be the sole private equity Partner, contributing investment and business growth expertise.
LDC has 11 UK offices, a Hong Kong presence, and a current portfolio of 60+ businesses valued in excess of £2billion. During their 30 year history LDC has primarily focused upon supporting management teams that wish to complete a management buyout or that require growth capital to help their business with acquisition and development plans. In 2011 LDC completed 17 transactions and invested over £300m of equity in UK SMEs.
As part of the two year partnership deal, LDC will be an active participant in the Network’s events and private equity discussions, and will look to co-host networking and educational events at their London offices.
