The “Board Table” format has been designed to promote collaborative thinking with a view to enhancing executive skills, improving productivity and ultimately providing great value from long term vision.
The Board Table event will be professionally mediated to ensure that every member receives the maximum return on the time they invest. Each delegate will have the opportunity to present a short overview of his/her company outlining a specific business challenge to the group. An open forum will follow where members share ideas on the topic and suggest solutions that will have the most profitable or optimum impact on their business. This will be timed by the Mediator to allow all delegates the opportunity to discuss their current challenges. Chatham House Rules will apply.
Attendance at Board Table events will enable you to share ideas and gain insight from a peer network of experienced Chairmen/CEO’s/NXD’s with a view to obtaining valuable feedback, giving you fresh perspectives and assisting you in solving difficult problems.
