About Us

The Chairmen's Network provides a community where members can network on- and off-line, create deals and leverage their collective power to the benefit of the community.

Membership consists of Chairmen, CEOs, Non-Executives and Board Directors. We also have Partners and Advisors in the areas of Venture Capital, Executive Search, Legal, Accountancy and Insurance.

The Chairman's Network Team:

Caroline Hayward

Partner of the Chairman's Network and Managing Director of Hayward Associates. Caroline inputs into the strategic direction of the Network, manages all aspects of the Executive Search Knowledge Channel and acts as an advisor the the Network members.

Karen Galpin

As Marketing & Business Development Manager Karen runs the Chairman's Network website and online community and organises marketing campaigns and events.

Rod Perry

Formerly Global Head of Technology Investments at 3i and currently Non-Executive Chairman of PartyGaming, Rod is our 'Chairman in Residence'. He takes on the chairmanship of The Network and CN lunch events.
